Last year after the gun season in Wisconsin Ben began getting a lot of pictures of this buck coming to a standing bean field on a property that he could hunt. The deer was very killable but Ben wanted to give him another year to see what he would turn into. As luck would have it, Ben was able to pick up his sheds in the spring. Coming into the season, Ben had stands in place and food in the ground so he was ready to hunt this deer. Sure enough, the deer was alive and he put on quite a few inches from the year before. No consistency throughout the season left Ben hoping that he would return to his ways once the weather got cold. Just after the gun season in Wisconsin, Ben busted out the muzzleloader and headed into the bean field where the buck had been frequenting the year before and sporadically showing up this year. Although the weather wasn't ideal, the deer began piling into the beans and the big buck made his last appearance!
